FRP Tank:

The softeners has a special valve which easily does all function such as regeneration, salt suction, salt tank filling and backwash with a lever.
Hardness in water is due to the presence of cation of calcium and magnesium and sometimes irons, manganese, strontium, aluminum, and can be harmful to human and industry.
Softener system parts:
A - The main tanker of system is made of stainless or painted steel.
B- The plumbing system has a multi-function valve that leads water in the following three modes:
The first mode (backwash); in this situation, water enters from the bottom and goes out from the top of systems. This process will wash the resin.
The second mode (bed regeneration); in this case, the salt water enters the machine from the top and regenerates resin.
The third mode (service); In this case the water enters the system from the top, and then goes into the multi-function valve from bottom of the tank. Finally it goes out of the system.
C - System bed is a chemical substance called resin. It acts as the ion exchange. It means that it takes Cation such as calcium, magnesium, etc. from water and replaces sodium will them.
When sodium ions in bed finished (i.e. when the bed becomes saturated), it must be regenerated with salt water and returned to normal mode.
D - Salt tank is used to prepare regeneration salt water.
System Installation:
To install the system, you can do the following:
Please provide a stable and suitable infrastructure for system.
Put the device in a level place.
Connect the fittings to water supply network according to following comments:
Raw water input: First, connect the raw water pipe to inlet place. It is located in the center of valve.
Wastewater outlet (drain) takes water from the washing process to wastewater and should be connected to sewer pipes or waste water connector.
Salt input (brine): a wavelet pipe is beside the input pipe and must be connected to salt (brine) tank.
Put the resin carefully in the machine and fasten the resin inlet.
How to start?
After installing the device, you can do the following to start it:
First put multi-function valve handle in position 1 (backwash) and open the air valve to take out the air in the resin and tanker.
Close the air valve, then put the handle in position 3 (services) to start operating.
Attention: Please note to pressure gauge. Pressure range should be between 1/7 to 4 atm. If the pressure is below 1/7 atmosphere operation of multi-function valve will become disrupted. If it is more than 4 atm we need pressure breaker valve or other devices to regulate tanker pressure.
How to regenerate and wash system?
If the efficiency of the device is decreased return it to the initial state by 10% salt solution (the regeneration).
For regeneration, fill salt tank with 10% salt solution. And then put multi-function valve handle in position 2 (bed regeneration). Open the salt tank valve to pull salt water into the main tank with the help of multi-function valve. Now regeneration process takes place.
Then to clean the extra salt from bed (while the multifunctional valve handle is in position 2) close valve of salt tank. When there is no salt taste in wastewater output, put the handle in position 3 (service) to start the device.
Maintenance:
Install and keep the device at a minimum temperature of 4 ° C.
Pay attention to the washing and regeneration of device bed.
Take care during transportation.
Pay attention to technical information such as pressure and flow rate.
Don’t close the outlet valve quickly. This may cause damages to the device.
Avoid Excessive tightening of pipes and fittings.
Please control and service multi-function valve continuously.
Take care! When installing the device, the location of the base should be fixed firmly on the ground to prevent its sinking. This causes pressure on the inlet and outlet tubes.
Special attention should be paid to air discharge in starting the device. Blocking the air in device bed can waste its particles.
Keep and install the device in a covered place.
Keep system away from entering suspended solid and external objects.
It is recommended to install sand filter before the device.
